It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of Christina Grimmie. The former Voice contestant was signing autographs at the Orlando venue when a man walked up to her and shot her. Grimmie’s brother is being credited as a hero since he immediately sprung and tackled the man. During the scuffle, the shooter killed himself.

It is not known the details of where the shot or shots hit Grimmie.

Her family has a GoFundMe page where fans can make donations.
